Alors, comment am\u00e9liorer le sch\u00e9ma corporel chez un enfant ? Dans cet article, nous te proposons des alternatives et quelques activit\u00e9s pour d\u00e9velopper le sch\u00e9ma corporel d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment am\u00e9liorer le sch\u00e9ma corporel et conna\u00eetre notre corps d\u00e8s l\u2019enfance ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019<strong>image mentale que nous avons de notre corps<\/strong>, en relation avec l\u2019espace et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui l\u2019entourent. Cette image mentale \u00e9volue avec l\u2019enfant, en m\u00eame temps qu\u2019il m\u00fbrit et prend conscience des parties qui le composent, de leurs limites et de leurs possibilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 travers les&nbsp;<strong>activit\u00e9s et jeux pour am\u00e9liorer le sch\u00e9ma corporel<\/strong>, l\u2019enfant ne se contente pas de savoir qu\u2019il a deux \u00e9paules, deux jambes, deux bras, deux mains, etc., mais il apprend aussi les&nbsp;<strong>limitations et les possibilit\u00e9s de mouvement<\/strong>&nbsp;de son corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Trouve ici tes cahiers d\u2019activit\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer le sch\u00e9ma corporel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sch\u00e9ma corporel : activit\u00e9s et jeux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Frapper un ballon avec diff\u00e9rentes parties du corps<\/strong><br>Cette activit\u00e9 permet de&nbsp;<strong>nommer chaque partie du corps \u00e0 voix haute<\/strong>&nbsp;tout en frappant le ballon avec la partie cit\u00e9e et en prenant conscience de son mouvement. Pour compliquer le jeu, on peut ajouter des exercices de conduite du ballon en suivant des lignes trac\u00e9es au sol, afin de les obliger \u00e0 utiliser des mouvements inhabituels dans leur routine quotidienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Le jeu du miroir<\/strong><br>Tu as s\u00fbrement d\u00e9j\u00e0 jou\u00e9 en bin\u00f4me \u00e0 copier exactement ce que fait ton partenaire. Ici, on ajoute la variante des&nbsp;<strong>parties du corps<\/strong>&nbsp;: il faut copier les mouvements de l\u2019autre et nommer \u00e0 voix haute les parties que l\u2019on touche. Pour ajouter plus d\u2019\u00e9motion et de dynamisme, on peut fixer un&nbsp;<strong>record de temps d\u2019une minute<\/strong>&nbsp;pour que les enfants essaient d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter tr\u00e8s vite la s\u00e9rie de mouvements et ainsi d\u00e9concentrer leur partenaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Les statues<\/strong><br>Il s\u2019agit de danser de fa\u00e7on libre et amusante pendant que la musique joue. Quand l\u2019enseignant arr\u00eate la musique, les enfants doivent se transformer en statues et garder la position la plus dr\u00f4le ou la plus \u00e9trange possible. La statue la plus originale gagne un point. Pour compliquer, on peut demander aux enfants de&nbsp;<strong>danser uniquement avec une partie du corps choisie<\/strong>&nbsp;(par ex. les bras), en gardant le reste compl\u00e8tement immobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Le jeu du foulard<\/strong><br>Un classique de la cour d\u2019\u00e9cole. On forme deux \u00e9quipes et l\u2019enseignant tient un foulard au centre. Au lieu d\u2019assigner un num\u00e9ro \u00e0 chaque enfant, on leur attribue une&nbsp;<strong>partie du corps<\/strong>&nbsp;(jambe, bras, coude, etc.) dans les deux \u00e9quipes.
