(Parte I)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el <em>Libro Blanco de la Atenci\u00f3n Temprana<\/em> (2000) se entiende como<strong> Atenci\u00f3n Temprana<\/strong> \u201cal conjunto de intervenciones dirigidas a la poblaci\u00f3n infantil de 0-6 a\u00f1os, a la familia y al entorno, que tienen por objetivo dar respuesta lo m\u00e1s pronto posible a las necesidades transitorias o permanentes que presentan los ni\u00f1os con trastornos en su desarrollo o que tienen riesgo de padecerlo. Estas intervenciones, que deben considerar la globalidad del ni\u00f1o, han de ser planificadas por un equipo de profesionales de orientaci\u00f3n interdisciplinar o transdisciplinar\u201d.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La detecci\u00f3n precoz va dirigida a identificar a los <strong>ni\u00f1os con TEA<\/strong> tan pronto como sea posible para comenzar un <strong>programa de estimulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. <strong>Cuanto antes se inicie mejor ser\u00e1 el pron\u00f3stico y la evoluci\u00f3n del ni\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Los <strong>programas de atenci\u00f3n temprana<\/strong> abordan distintas <strong>\u00e1reas funcionales<\/strong> con el objetivo \u00faltimo de estimular el desarrollo global del ni\u00f1o reduciendo la sintomatolog\u00eda asociada al TEA y mejorando as\u00ed su pron\u00f3stico y evoluci\u00f3n futura.<\/p>\n<p>Dos de los principales objetivos de todos los programas de atenci\u00f3n temprana son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Crear motivaci\u00f3n<\/strong> hacia la interacci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dotar de su sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aunque como meta m\u00e1s deseable siempre es la<strong> adquisici\u00f3n del lenguaje oral<\/strong> antes de que \u00e9ste comience a aparecer (y en los casos en los que esto no ocurre) se debe trabajar la comunicaci\u00f3n, <strong>uso de la mirada<\/strong>, <strong>atenci\u00f3n conjunta<\/strong> y <strong>acci\u00f3n compartida<\/strong> e impulsar el empleo de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editorialgeu.com\/blog\/los-apoyos-visuales-en-ninos-con-tea-parte-i\/\"><strong>sistemas aumentativos\/alternativos de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>. Dotar al ni\u00f1o de un sistema o medio de comunicaci\u00f3n que le permita expresar sus necesidades y deseos es un objetivo fundamental.<\/p>\n<p>Ocupan tambi\u00e9n un lugar muy destacado en los programas de atenci\u00f3n temprana las <strong>capacidades de juego y uso funcional de objetos<\/strong>. Estos programas parten de la ense\u00f1anza del uso funcional de juguetes y objetos cotidianos para ir, poco a poco, descontextualizando su funci\u00f3n hasta llegar a utilizarlos de manera simb\u00f3lica. Es caracter\u00edstica de los <strong>ni\u00f1os con TEA<\/strong>\u00a0la presencia de un juego pobre, limitado y repetitivo caracterizado por la manipulaci\u00f3n poco funcional y auto-estimulatoria de los objetos.<\/p>\n<p>Los programas de <strong>atenci\u00f3n temprana<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n deben incluir<strong> asesoramiento y formaci\u00f3n a las familias<\/strong>.
