{"id":347,"date":"2017-08-17T07:00:46","date_gmt":"2017-08-17T05:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.editorialgeu.com\/blog\/?p=347"},"modified":"2017-08-24T10:30:00","modified_gmt":"2017-08-24T08:30:00","slug":"atencion-temprana-programas-de-intervencion-parte-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.editorialgeu.com\/blog\/atencion-temprana-programas-de-intervencion-parte-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Atenci\u00f3n temprana: programas de intervenci\u00f3n (Parte II)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En al anterior post os hablaba acerca de\u00a0en qu\u00e9 consiste la <strong>atenci\u00f3n temprana<\/strong>, y hoy os quiero detallar cu\u00e1les son los <strong>programas de intervenci\u00f3n<\/strong> m\u00e1s conocidos y cu\u00e1les son sus caracter\u00edsticas principales.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Los programas de intervenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s difundidos en Espa\u00f1a son el <strong>Teacch<\/strong>, el <strong>Denver: The Early Start Denver Model<\/strong>, el <strong>Scerts<\/strong>, el <strong>PECS: sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n por intercambio de im\u00e1genes<\/strong>, el <strong>Habla signada<\/strong>, el <strong>Hanen: \u00abMore than words\u00bb<\/strong> y <strong>las historias sociales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hay un elemento en los programas de atenci\u00f3n temprana que cobra especial relevancia, y es que tenemos que destacar el papel de los padres y su implicaci\u00f3n en la intervenci\u00f3n de sus hijos: es una necesidad. El hecho de que los padres sepan aprovechar las situaciones cotidianas para estimular el desarrollo de sus hijos, conozcan las estrategias m\u00e1s efectivas e\u00a0 impliquen a los ni\u00f1os en interacciones va a permitir que la estimulaci\u00f3n no se limite a los momentos estructurados de las sesiones sino que se extienda durante muchas m\u00e1s horas a lo largo del d\u00eda, cumpli\u00e9ndose as\u00ed uno de los criterios de eficacia de todo programa de intervenci\u00f3n: la importancia de la estimulaci\u00f3n intensiva y prolongada en el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>La implicaci\u00f3n de los padres es importante tambi\u00e9n por otro motivo, ya que colaborando en la estimulaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje de sus hijos desarrollan un sentimiento de competencia necesario para garantizar la estabilidad emocional del ni\u00f1o y de los dem\u00e1s miembros de la familia.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>programa del Centro Hanen de Canad\u00e1 \u00abMore than words\u00bb<\/strong>, es el que m\u00e1s respeta el principio \u00abcentrado en la familia\u00bb. Su objetivo principal es dotar a los padres de adecuadas estrategias que potencien las competencias comunicativas y de interacci\u00f3n en rutinas y situaciones cotidianas de los ni\u00f1os con TEA.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso del programa <strong>The Early Start Denver Model, <\/strong>sus objetivos est\u00e1n relacionados con la motivaci\u00f3n y reciprocidad social, la comunicaci\u00f3n, la imitaci\u00f3n, el juego simb\u00f3lico y la autonom\u00eda personal en rutinas diarias.<\/p>\n<p>El programa <strong>Scerts<\/strong> apoya su eficacia en la estimulaci\u00f3n y refuerzo de la comunicaci\u00f3n social, la regulaci\u00f3n emocional y los sistemas de apoyo.<\/p>\n<p>Los programas <strong>Denver <\/strong>y<strong> Scerts<\/strong> destacan la necesidad de establecer un v\u00ednculo afectivo entre el ni\u00f1o y el adulto, as\u00ed como provocar juegos e interacciones y, a partir de ah\u00ed, seguir su
