Doy de comer a la cabra.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bfY c\u00f3mo se te ocurre hacer eso? &#8211; volvi\u00f3 a preguntar de nuevo -. \u00bfNo ves que as\u00ed vas a tardar much\u00edsimo tiempo?<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bfY qu\u00e9 prisa tiene la cabra?\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p align=\"RIGHT\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">(Cuento tradicional de Oriente)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> Vivimos en el mundo del reloj convertidos en el Conejo Blanco de Alicia en <em>El Pa\u00eds de las Maravillas<\/em>. Siempre deprisa, siempre corriendo y siempre con la sensaci\u00f3n atragantada de que llegamos tarde a todos sitios. Ese exceso de actividad lo transmitimos a todos aquellos que nos rodean: a los viandantes con los que nos cruzamos por la calle, a nuestros compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, a nuestra pareja y amigos\u2026 y a nuestros hijos. Cada vez son m\u00e1s frecuentes los casos de ni\u00f1os que son presa de un ritmo fren\u00e9tico de actividad que los lleva de cabeza al paddle, al f\u00fatbol, al baile o a las clases particulares de alg\u00fan instrumento o de alg\u00fan idioma. No descansan, el tiempo libre para jugar o practicar alguna afici\u00f3n como leer, dibujar o hablar con los amigos escasea, se muestran irritables e irascibles, nerviosos e incluso duermen mal por las noches&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Quiz\u00e1 no es necesario forzar tanto, sobre todo si tenemos en cuenta que nosotros, los adultos, nos quejamos continuamente de esa falta de tiempo para, simplemente, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editorialgeu.com\/blog\/el-no-hacer\/\">no hacer nada<\/a>. \u00bfY si nos plateamos tener menos ocupaciones y disfrutarlas plenamente y, como dice el cuento, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>dar de comer a la cabra<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> sin prisa alguna? \u00bfY si nos esforzamos en reservar un peque\u00f1o espacio \u2013tanto para nosotros como para ellos\u2013 para reposar, contemplar, disfrutar de una observaci\u00f3n consciente de nosotros y del mundo? <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Te animamos a empezar probando un paseo por el campo con tus hijos, disfrutando de todo lo que la naturaleza tiene que ofrecernos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dibujo: Jes\u00fas Sorroche Cuerva \u201cUn hombre vio a un pastor subido en una escalera.
